ERP Business & Systems Analyst

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Quantum ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the management, optimization and support of our ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business goals and processes.

You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, design solutions, develop and produce reports, and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Quantum ERP system, monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Design and generate reports to support decision-making, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead the implementation of new modules and features to optimize Quantum ERP.
• Coordinate system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct system testing and validation for successful deployment.
• Provide technical support to end-users and develop training programs to enhance user proficiency.
• Create and maintain user manuals and documentation.
• Design and generate reports to support decision-making, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Frequent travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience with Quantum ERP system.
• Experience designing and producing reports in Power BI.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (PMP preferred).
