Compensation :
$64,000 - $75,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Propose ideal insurance plan options to existing, new, and prospective clients after spending time listening to evaluate their individual insurance needs and circumstances
- Execute effective sales-based marketing strategies like prospecting, cold calling, networking, and more to gain new clients
- Keep bookkeeping logs, insurance sales records, and customer databases up to date to assess progress toward monthly goals
- Stay up to date on evolving property and casualty insurance protocols to facilitate insurance policy selection and policy renewals to all customers’ satisfaction
- Ensure that existing, new, and prospective clients complete all appropriate forms and meet insurance policy requirements, and facilitate the insurance claims process, which may include examining the condition of physical properties to assess risks
Qualifications :
- Candidates must have core computer skills and a demonstrated capability using Microsoft Office programs
- Stellar interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, and customer service skills are needed
- P&C insurance license required for this role
