We seek a full-time Remote Client Support Representative to play a vital role in connecting clients with attorneys and essential legal aid / community resources.
In this position, developing a comprehensive network of legal resources and fostering meaningful partnerships with legal aid organizations and community-based services will be instrumental.
Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of ensuring equitable access to justice for all.
Responsibilities :
- Reach out to Legal Aid and local resources to gather data on available services for our clients.
- Compile and organize research to support both internal teams and clients.
- Act as a liaison between our leads and available resources, ensuring clients are informed about potential options.
- Contribute to an evergrowing team resourcing clients throughout their legal journey.
- Engage with clients to provide additional support, especially those facing issues with their current attorney or difficulty finding resources.
- Regularly review client feedback and implement action plans based on reviews.

Requirements :
