Overview Sign-On Bonus Eligible! $5,000 for (external) RNs and New Grads (internal / external) Pay range for this position is $28.
49 - $41.15 / hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. OSF will invest in you Day 1! Registered Nurses with 5+ years of direct experience will receive a bonus of 24 hours of Vacation / Holiday Time Off frontloaded on the first day.
- This is in addition to our generous Time Off plans! POSITION SUMMARY : The Registered Nurse protects, promotes and restores health and wellness, by practicing at the highest level of licensure;
- collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms;
- provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families; mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices;
maintains professional disposition at all times.
