Overview
A Learning Systems Support Specialist provides support for end-users of the Learning Systems provided by the Education Department.
This person works closely with customers who interact with these systems, and provides assistance in making these tools work for them as designed.
This person also helps maintain these systems so that they function correctly and provide accurate information so customers are able to use them efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Provides technical support for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintains and assists with content, records, and activity in the LMS.
- Provides technical support and coordinates use of online learning resources provided by and used by the Learning Center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IS, Technology, Computer Science or related field and 1-2 years experience in Technical support and customer service experience, or
- High School diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years experience in Technical support role(s), customer service role.

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $24.31 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work / Work from Home
This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
