Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in estimating, cost control, and / or engineering related to similar facility construction, preferably in the Denver market
- Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, plus the ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems
- Proficient in Word, Excel & OST
- A team-oriented personality is essential
Responsibilities
- Reviewing Request for Proposal specifications, drawings, and attending pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate
- Preparing detailed estimates by calculating complete takeoff of the scope of work
- Coordinating the total estimating effort relevant to specific bids / projects as assigned
