General Concrete Laborer / Craftsman

STRUCTURAL , a Structural Technologies Company, is seeking to hire Concrete Laborers for our San Diego office.

Construction duties include :

  • Concrete repair
  • Concrete demolition
  • Concrete placement and finishing
  • Waterproofing
  • Formwork / carpentry
  • Rebar replacement
  • Caulking
  • Expansion joints
  • Coating application
  • Carbon Fiber installation

Job Requirements :

  • Understanding of construction equipment, tools, and materials
  • At least 1 year of construction experience preferred; training available for the right candidate(s)
  • Comfortable working at heights, on man lifts or scaffold systems up to or over 40'
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to project sites (travel opportunities may be available)
  • Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus

    • Ideal candidates are team-oriented, results-driven, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude. They will adhere to the STRUCTURAL "Safety 24 / 7" culture and all operating principles. Compensation is competitive with benefits.

    Salary ranges from $20 to $28 / hr depending on experience.
