Executive Assistant
Location : San Francisco, CA (REMOTE)
Pay : $125-130k
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for complex and detailed calendar management for two executives
- Preparation and processing of expense reports using Concur
- Arrangement all travel including flights, hotel, and ground transportation
- Assist other administrative support staff as needed
Requirements
- Must have superior organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment
