Job Description :
Adjunct instructors will be expected to teach courses in studio art. Current areas in need include : Drawing I; 2D Foundations;
3D Foundations; and art appreciation. Other opportunities may exist, depending on the department's scheduling and the instructor's skillset. Minimum Qualifications :
Candidates must satisfy one of the following requirements : 1) a master’s degree in the field / discipline in which they are teaching;
2) enrolled in a master's program with at least 18 hours of relevant coursework completed; 3) significant professional experience, subject to approval by the Provost. Preferred Qualifications :
MFA degree with some teaching experience at the college level. Experience as a graduate teaching assistant may be acceptable.
