Operator 1, Bakery-Mixing - 1st Shift

As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to the recipe specifications.You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values safety, quality, and innovation. Responsibilities :

• Places ingredients (dry and liquid) into mixer(s) according to product recipe. Mixes ingredients following established time standards.
• Uses proper mixing instructions sheets based on which type of dough needs to be produced.
• Pre measures and stages ingredients throughout shift for dough batches to be produced, and records weights as needed
• Takes temperatures of margarine, water and eggs prior to adding to mixer. Takes final temperature of dough after mixing is complete.
• Unloads dough from mixer onto cutting table and cuts sections prior to loading onto transport cart.
• Assists on operating re work mixer.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by any lead, supervisor, manager or other leader in the Aspire Bakeries organization.
