Business Data Analyst - Hybrid
Location : Hartford, CT - Hybrid
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle PL / SQL as primary skill and secondary skills as Snowflake Statistics SQL Scripting .
This role involves analysing complex data sets to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyse complex data sets using Oracle PL / SQL to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts to extract and transform data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses.
- Develop and maintain PL / SQL scripts effectively.
- Create presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
Certifications Required
Certified Data Analyst is a plus
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 - $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
