We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team.
In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and ensure the best possible outcomes for our young patients.
Responsibilities
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
1 year of nursing experience.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
