Sales Account Representative
I am seeking a dynamic insurance professional for the office of Kevin Kleier - State Farm Agent who is interested in helping our business grow through value based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Working internet leads / call-ins / walk-ins
- Effectively network within the community to market insurance and financial service products.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Running insurance and financial product appointments (IFRs)
- Helping out with service and answering phones when needed-asking for referrals and pivoting to other products
Office Hours
8 : 30AM-5 : 30PM Monday-Thursday
8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM Friday
Agent Will be flexible if 40 hours are worked!
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
- Salary $30,000 plus monthly commissions & $150 monthly benefit allowance
- Monthly / Quarterly Promotion & Bonus Opportunities.
- Total projected pay of 41,409.20 if minimum monthly goals are obtained

Requirements
Interest in marketing Insurance products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- People-oriented

- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Personal Production Goals (Monthly)
- 20 Auto & 12 Fire Applications
- $100 monthly Life Premium (3 applications)
- $50 monthly Health premium (2 Applications)
Daily Expectations
- 75 Outbound Phone Calls
- 6 quotes daily
- Customer Service / New Account Follow up if needed
