Sr. Water / Wastewater Engineer / Project Manager

This top-tier civil engineering firm is in search of an exceptional a superstar Wastewater Engineer / Project Manager with 8 or more years of experience in planning, design, and project management for water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure projects.

A s a key player in our dynamic team, get ready to :

• Lead and inspire a talented group of junior staff, guiding them in producing top-quality designs and plans that redefine industry standards.
• Immerse yourself in civil engineering planning and analysis, meticulously crafting detailed plans that showcase engineering excellence.
• Showcase your exceptional project management prowess, skillfully managing tasks, budgets, and schedules while forging enduring relationships with our esteemed clients.
• Mentor and shape the next generation of exceptional professionals, fostering their growth and development through collaboration on a diverse range of public infrastructure projects.

You have :

• BS in Civil Engineering, demonstrating your commitment to mastering the art of engineering.
• A Texas PE license or the unwavering determination to obtain one within 6 months of joining our exceptional team.
• Extensive experience in municipal infrastructure, exemplifying your expertise in water and wastewater pipelines, storage tanks, and pump station project planning, detailed design, and construction administration.
• A proven track record (3 or more years) in project management and client service, boasting successful budget and schedule controls that exceed expectations.
• Strong leadership skills, honed through years of managing and mentoring junior staff, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
• The versatility to thrive independently or collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, where your brilliance will shine.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey complex engineering information with clarity and impact to both technical and
