Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

What You’ll Do :

As the Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (RN) , you’ll be the cornerstone of patient care and leadership. Your role includes :

Lead with Impact : Oversee the delivery of high-quality, specialized behavioral health services, ensuring patients receive exceptional, tailored care at home.

Coordinate Care Teams : Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and patient care coordination.

Foster Excellence : Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards for quality care by supervising timely care plan implementation and ongoing communication.

Monitor & Adapt : Assess patient needs regularly, approve customized care plans, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Drive Quality : Champion a patient-first approach by monitoring every stage of care, ensuring compassionate and effective service at all times.

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

3+ years of experience as an RN , w ith at least 1 year in home care is required.

Deep knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures.

Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase (HCHB) is a big plus.

Valid driver’s license and insurance , along with reliable transportation.
