Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance on cutting-edge automated machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other automation devices, enhancing our production capabilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address potential equipment issues.
• Collaborate with our engineering team on exciting projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring smooth operations.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Provide technical support and hands-on training to production staff to enhance team performance.

Qualifications :

• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and automation.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and knowledge of HMI systems.
• Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Shift Details :

Shift Hours : 6 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Work Environment :

Join our thriving industrial manufacturing facility, home to approximately 100 dedicated employees. Here, you’ll work with extrusion machines in a dynamic atmosphere that may be noisy at times.

We prioritize safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in all areas of the plant floor.
