Job Summary
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health RN Manager to lead our nursing team at The Ridge Recovery Center. In this role, you will be responsible for the 24-hour planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating of clinical, administrative, and operational activities within a freestanding mental health hospital / facility.
You will oversee staff management, performance, and development, as well as ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Master of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical practice experience
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership required
- Registered Nurse, State of CT
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) provider
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster team efforts
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
