If you are passionate about communicating and enforcing Controls standards you have found the right team.As a Control Analyst II, in Payments you will act as a Senior Information Owner who will coordinate across various departments including Risk, Third Party Oversight, Business Resiliency, Product Management and Technology to communicate and enforce control standards.
You must possess an understanding of controls and a blend of business and technical knowledge. You will work with Software Engineers, Cybersecurity & Technology Controls, Identity & Access Management, Audit, Architecture and others support groups across the Firm to ensure IT Risk policies are adhered to, processes are defined and monitored and information is protected through the data life cycle.
Job responsibilities : Ensure access entitlements are commensurate with functional responsibilities, segregation of duties and privileged ID considerations.
Creates and updates various controls documentation and document standard operating procedures. Participation in company audits representing the team.
Ensuring assigned applications have a documented Business Resiliency Plan and participate in periodic exercises to accommodate the expected Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) in the event of a disaster or significant business disruption.
Performs review and analysis of access requests; approves or denies user access to applications and databases based on established procedures.
Participate in and or lead other control related activities, i.e. action plan remediation, business resiliency, etc. Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills : 3 + years of data security, controls, business analyst or related experience Experience creating standard operating procedures and policies.
Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, access controls, metrics, incident management, and data protection.
Must have strong organizational skills to plan, organize and schedule resources. Ability to understand and communicate policy requirements to stakeholders from both business and technical areas.
Ability to work independently and develop creative ways to achieve goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePointPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills : Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field Proficiency with Alteryx and Tableau Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleWork schedule This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to changeThis position is not eligible for H1B or Sponsorship
