Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger functions
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting staff
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance
- Lead initiatives to modernize accounting systems and processes
- Support strategic planning and decision-making with the executive team
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- 5-7 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles
- Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is a plus
- Proficiency with accounting software; experience with Epicor is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
