SUMMARY
The Business Systems Analyst, Web Support is responsible for supporting and administering transfer agent system functions, with an emphasis on Ultimus' investor web portal.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
SYSTEM SUPPORT
- Documents client requirements and maintains shareholder recordkeeping system and web portals to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoots and resolves web user issues.
- Configures and maintains client web sites.
- Reviews and approves client web presentation.
- May assist with vendor and client billing functions.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Mediates between technical and operational teams to ensure successful client onboarding and effective change control.
- Serves as point of contact for internal and external customers to answer questions about services and related systems functions.
- Contact as needed with clients regarding resolution of issues, inquiries, or user experience.
- Contact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.
May perform other duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
- 0-3 years of mutual fund industry experience.
KNOWLEDGE
- Shareholder recordkeeping system.
- Transfer Agent Technology Operations.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adobe Acrobat.
