A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Leading safety and quality initiatives at a site level
- Developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts
- Managing costs and scheduling labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors
- Constant communication with the owner / client about progress and conflict management
- Traveling to the jobsite (at least 50% required travel)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M
- Exceptional customer and client relation skills
- Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring
- Contract and subcontract development and management experience
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)

- Financial forecasting experience (estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow)
- A proven record of safety program management and implementation
- Knowledge of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and controlling / implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness
