As aSite Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will play a vital role incontinuously driving improvements in observability performance andreliability aiming to make a substantial impact across the federalgovernment.

Responsibilities :

• Monitorplatform and containerized applications to ensure optimalperformance andavailability.
• Identifyand address performance and availability risks and issuesproactively.
• Contributeto the creation and optimization of all necessary functions withinthe core platform to establish a robustinfrastructure.
• Collaborateclosely with the team and the customer on a dailybasis.

RoleRequirements :

• Minimumof 8 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineerdemonstrating a strong understanding of SRE principles for highlyscalable and reliablesystems.
• Possessa Bachelor's degree and an active TS / SCIclearance.
• Proficiencyin working within a DevSecOps environment with experience usingSource Code repositories and CI / CD pipeline solutions such as TeamFoundation Server / Azure DevOps Bitbucket andGitHub.
• Experiencewith Infrastructure as Code (IaC) containerization K8 and CI / CDAutomation.
• Familiaritywith container orchestration tools such as Rancher andOpenShift.
• Experience withKubernetes (K8)
• Ability to workeffectively both within a team andindependently.
• Availability to workon client site in downtown Washington DC at least three days perweek.
