Our client a boutique creative firm located in California produces VFX commercials short films and animation. They seek a Business Development Executive to drive new business for the company.
This is a workfromhomeoffice role but clientfacing in Los Angeles.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or sales ideally within the VFX entertainment or media industry.
- Knowledge of VFX commercials and animation workflows and production pipelines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a clientfocused mindset.
- Ability to build and nurture longterm client relationships.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape in VFX / Animation / Digitalproduction and the ability to position the studio accordingly.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and resultsdriven attitude.
- Strong networking skills with an established network in film TV advertising or related industries.
- Represent the company at functions
- Ideally live and work in Los Angeles or close by to be able to attend meetings face to face with clients.

Extensive experience working closely with a Senior Production management and other stakeholders to build and cost out bids for all shows and help forecast basic resource plans.
Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred or extensive industry experience in the role.. CPA designation or equivalent qualification is preferred or working towards your designation.
Proven experience as a Production Accountant in the VFX industry. In-depth knowledge of tax credits and incentives related to film and television production in Canada.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a passionate and experienced Production Accountant with a background in VFX and a keen understanding of tax credits, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team.
