We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $75,000 , with the potential to earn an additional $25,000 annually in commissions or more.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and closing sales.
No license is required to start , and we offer full licensing assistance to help you grow in your career.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Follow up with clients to develop customized insurance quotes.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Reach out to personal referrals and network for new business opportunities.
- Engage in cold calling and telephone prospecting to generate new leads.
Requirement
- License Requirements : A Property and Casualty License is required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
