You Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in a related technical role with formal training or practical experience equivalent to technical knowledge obtained in military training courses or through a two-year technical degree.
- Bachelor of Science degree or technical certification in from an ABET accredited program or 2 additional years of experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
- United States Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a . Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations).

- External / internal threading, parting / cutting, facing; and contour, form, taper, and straight turning
- Boring / counterboring, countersinking, drilling, pocketing, profiling, reaming, tapping, thread milling, knurling
- Fixturing : three- and four-jaw chucks, 5th-axis work-holding system, tooling, vacuum fixturing for milling, and turning
- Materials : alloy / stainless steels, aluminum, brass / bronze alloys, carbon steel, iron, inconel, titanium, copper, basic / engineered plastics
- Programming and / or expertise with Software / file formats : CAD, CAM, MasterCam 2019 2023, AutoCAD, Inventor, Pro-E, SolidWorks;
and IGES, STEP, DXF, DSI, PDES, PDF file formats
- Tolerances : shear cutting 0.015", milling / turning 0.0005", wire EDM 0.0002", welding 0.015" (17.1 specification certified)
