What you will do :

The customer service associate is responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.

This is a temporary position and the successful applicant must be personable, professional, and helpful when working in this position.

They interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, social media, and / or others to ensure concerns are being dealt with.

Requirements :

We are looking for candidates who have :

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals effectively.
  • A deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The flexibility and willingness to be assigned in a voice, non-voice or blended programs
  • The confidence in using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and other sales-related software.
  • Must be willing to take part in required initial training
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts during the weekends or on holidays
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Some analytical skills
  • Some technical abilities

  • Efficiency in knowing the needs of the customers through thorough assessments of customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches and product recommendations.
  • Skill in negotiating terms and pricing with customers to close deals that meet both the client’s and company’s expectations.
