About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Claims Manager to lead the preparation, analysis, and negotiation of construction claims, change orders, and disputes. This role is critical in protecting the company's contractual and financial interests on complex heavy civil and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction contracts, cost analysis, scheduling, and legal principles related to public works and private infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of construction claims.
- Analyze change orders and disputes.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve claims.
- Protect the company's contractual and financial interests.
- Work on complex heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
