Role : Program Manager
Industry : UAV future mobility
Location : San Antonio, Texas (onsite)
Salary : $120,000 $160,000 plus equity incentives and perks
This is an amazing opportunity for a Program manager to join a fast paced, rapidly expanding company that has an industry leading product line, taking advantage of the developments in Aerial drones to help military / public safety-based deployments with surveillance-based missions.
You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the established scope and quality standards.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, and external partners, to drive project success.
Your key responsibilities will include defining project objectives, developing detailed project plans, managing project schedules, tracking project progress, identifying, and mitigating risks, ensuring resource allocation, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Project Management Software - MS Project, Monday, Jira, Confluence
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management support US Government customers
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Additional Preferred Experience
- Experience in the robotics, aerospace, or defence industries
- PMP or ACP certification
- SCRUM certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
