Brilliant Financial Staffing is currently hiring for organized and detail-oriented accounting professional. We’re seeking a Staff Accountant to oversee crucial financial processes with one of our clients in the Non-Profit industry.

Staff Accountant Responsibilities :
- Supervise the processing of all AP / AR invoices through , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle the end-to-end vouchering process, including reviewing invoices, organizing expenses, and preparing templates to send out.
- Reconcile three banking accounts and allocate funds appropriately. You’ll also be responsible for reconciling agency credit cards.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports using QuickBooks to provide leadership with insights into revenue and budget tracking.
- Help streamline and enhance processes within QuickBooks, including adding and managing budgets.
- Oversee and manage GL entries with support from the accounting clerk.
- Ensure all financial processes comply with regulatory requirements, without involving petty cash handling.
Staff Accountant Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Staff Accountant
- Experience with QuickBooks (QB) and Excel, specifically VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector
- Ability to streamline and improve existing accounting processes.
