Key Responsibilities :

  • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems.
  • You will assess the business model and its integration with technology, gather and synthesize information, and define the future state and / or business solution.
  • Additionally, you will research and identify customer requirements.
  • In this role, you are expected to be a SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
  • You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is also part of your role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Atlassian Jira Align is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Retirement Planning Services required, intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design, and other skills are recommended.
  • Develop innovative strategies to improve business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of experience with Retirement / Group Insurance / Institutional Banking
  • 6+ years of experience with Recordkeeping
  • 6+ years of experience with Agile methodology
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Charlotte priority, but open to all South and NE region

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Retirement products

  • Atlassian JIRA Align
  • Bachelor s degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
