Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top-Secret w / SCI-cleared Acquisition Specialist to support the US Space Force through the Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program (GSSAP) within the Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power Directorate’s system program office in El Segundo, CA .
Responsibilities of the Top-Secret w / SCI-cleared Acquisition Specialist include :
- Create and organize acquisition planning presentations and documentation, such as ESIS, ASP, ASD, J&A, etc
- Create and manage the necessary documentation for solicitation planning and execution, such as Request for Proposal (RFP) documents including Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Incentive Plans, and Source Selection Strategy
- Create and manage comprehensive program planning and execution documentation in accordance with DoDI 0., as well as related policies from the Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and Space and Missile Systems Center (SSC)
- Prepare preliminary technical assessments and serve as a consultant in the process of selecting sources
Qualifications of the Top-Secret w / SCI-cleared Acquisition Specialist SME include :
- years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiarity of US Space Force and government acquisition processes
- Professional certification (ex. PMI or PMP or equivalent)
- Experience with the DoD Major Capability Acquisition System process
- Experience with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System process
- Must possess an Active Top-Secret w / SCI clearance
