Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in New Product Development, demonstrating a strong understanding of bottling processes and dry goods manufacturing.
Experience with capital planning, project management, and financial management.
Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of packaging materials and processes.
Good knowledge of bottling production and dry goods components.
Strong data management experience
