Sales Professional

We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales professional to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business while also developing relationships with existing clients in the Coon Rapids and surrounding areas.

You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins.

Compensation :

$80,000+ at Plan Commission

Responsibilities :

• Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life
• Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
• Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career
• Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
• Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
