We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in various medical departments, including Med / Surg, Telemetry, ER, L&D, or ICU (no float).

You will be working alongside a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals committed to providing the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols, procedures, and standards of care.
• Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services.
• Treat medical emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes, car accidents, and burns as well as recovering post-operative patients.
• Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and progress, and educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge.
• Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to guide patient treatment.
• Communicate with doctors, patients, and their families, explaining conditions and treatments.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse License in CA.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Proven experience in Med / Surg, Telemetry, ER, L&D, ICU, or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Outstanding ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations and manage their care effectively.
• BLS / ACLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
