Senior Financial Analyst Hybrid in Austin, TX

Salary Range : $100,000$125,000 Hybrid Schedule : 23 days / week onsite

We're recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing organization where finance plays a strategic role in shaping business decisions. What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across departments
• Build and maintain financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership to align financial goals
• Support ad hoc analysis for business cases, pricing strategies, and cost optimization
• Work within ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Syspro, and financial tools such as OneStream or Hyperion
• Present findings to senior leadership and help drive data-informed decisions
