This is a pivotal role within the team where you willassist in managing a variety of exciting projects ensuring projectsare delivered on time within budget and to the higheststandards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage renewable energy projects frominception through completion including planning preliminaryengineering design and constructionphases.
- Ensure projects adhere to budgetaryconstraints and meet deadlines while maintaining highqualitystandards.
- Coordinate with clients stakeholdersand regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals andcompliance.
- Conduct and oversee technicalanalyses feasibility studies and siteassessments.
- Provide effective leadership andmentorship to project teams fostering a collaborative andproductive work environment.
- Represent thecompany at public engagements demonstrating strong presentationskills and the ability to effectively communicate project goals andimpacts to diverse audiences.
- Maintain regularcommunication with clients to ensure project objectives are met andexpectations are exceeded.
Qualifications :
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- 8years of Civil Engineering experience
- LicensedProfessional Engineer (PE) with the ability to obtain licenses innumerous States
- Experience managing RenewableEnergy Projects from planning and preliminary engineering throughdesign and construction
- Must be an effectivePresenter at Public Meetings and client engagements possessingexcellent verbal and written communicationskills
