ACCOUNTING STAFF

Salary Range : P P 25,000.00 P 30,000.00
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible in processing and monitoring of payments which includes checking of expenses to ensure
correct and timely payment of all Accounts Payable (AP). This includes assisting the Accounting
Supervisor and Accounting Manager in the processing and monitoring of AP.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Responsible for the daily processing and checking of supporting documents of AP for Receiving
Report (RR).
2. Process countering of Sales Invoices from customers / suppliers and matching with Receiving
Reports from Material and Control Department (MCD).
3. Process Accounts Payable Voucher (APV) for non-receiving reports such as :
3.1 Reimbursement
3.2 Replenishment of Revolving Fund
3.3 Meal Allowance
4. Prepares transmittal for APV to Audit Department.
5. Process payable credit / debit memo which involves :
5.1 Adjustments of entries based on Return to Suppliers
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
6. Daily filing of Sales Invoice.
7. Daily encoding of transmittal for Treasury APV check preparation.
8. Daily maintain accounting journals, general ledgers and special journals.
9. Prepares bank reconciliation of CBY bank accounts, reconcile monthly bank statements to SAP
entries for any discrepancies.
10. Encodes JV in SAP.
11. Weekly monitor and update selected advances for suppliers.
12. Monthly encoding of purchases, sales and importation in BIR system.
