Certification Details
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
- Proof of COVID vaccine is required prior to start or declination form can be filled out with appropriate supporting documentation.
Job Details
- The right candidate will have 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. MUST HAVE CERNER AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCE.
- Travelers are required to complete a dysrhythmia exam prior to start and a pass / fail Sim lab is required on day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions).

Schedule Information
- 12 hr shifts. 7-7.
- Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend. Could be every 3rd.
- Holidays : Work into perm staff rotation.
- Floor specific orientation : 3 shifts on the floor.

- Ratios : 1 : 4 ratio
- Scrub Color : Navy.
