- Admit to adjacent 25-bed, critical access hospital
- Outpatient and Inpatient Practice
- On site lab, pharmacy & X-ray
- Patient volume : 14-21 per day in the clinic
- Current practice of 2 DOs and 5 MDs
- Round at the local nursing home
- Call is 1 : 11; schedule is approx. 3 days per month and 1 weekend a month (call is shared with other clinic in town)
- Hospital has 24-hour ER coverage
- OB required, C-section optional

- 56 miles from Rochester, MN; miles from Minneapolis / St. Paul
- Service area : 8, in the winter months; 24, in the summer months
