Shift Times
First Shift : 6AM - 2PM
Second Shift : 2PM - 10PM Plus $2 an hour
Third Shift : 10PM - 6AM Plus $2 an hour
Patient Assessment and Care Planning :
Conduct comprehensive health assessments for residents upon admission and on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans based on resident needs and goals.
Medication Administration :
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions and document medication administration accurately.
