We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the marketing department by assisting in the execution of various marketing campaigns, performing research, and contributing to the overall efficiency of marketing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, print advertising, and event coordination
• Support market research efforts, gathering data on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends
• Help organize promotional activities, including trade shows, product launches, and company events
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for marketing collateral production
• Maintain and organize marketing files, databases, and mailing lists
• Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing marketing resources

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to grow within the field
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required
