Seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Memorial Hospital. This position offers a tuition discount with partnering schools.
The RN will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients, collaborating with the clinical team, and ensuring compliance with federal and state statutes.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work on adult or child / adolescent inpatient units
- Implement patient care and assess patients
- Collaborate with clinical team members to develop plans of care
- Communicate with patients and families
- Administer medication
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Formal training in management of the aggressive patient
- Previous psychiatric experience preferred
