SALES COORDINATOR

Description

MCR Safety, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our office in Collierville. The Sales Coordinator will recognize, develop and implement process improvements within the Sales department, enhancing productivity and efficiencies.

The Sales Coordinator will also create and maintain reporting , update information as needed and support the Sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Program new contract pricing; modify existing contract pricing
• Create new accounts and maintain existing customer master data
• Input customer point of sale data into SAP for commission and analysis purposes
• Set up and manage users for online customer portal
• Upload and submit sales data to buying groups for buying group members
• Proactively identify opportunities for sales improvement with a focus on uncovering process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
• Data mining to own our Sales Data including ways to cleanse, scrub, segment, and develop models / analysis to support our decision making and strategy
• Audit and review rebates and co-ops for accuracy according to company policies
• Pricing analysis to cover column price, contracts and other customer master content

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Highly proficient in SAP and other end-user applications
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to deliver to a high standard
• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, updates and how technology is used to provide instruction and resolution in a timely and efficient manner
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
