Job Title : Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Day Shift
Location : Chico, CA On-site
Salary : $125,000 - $170,000
Position Type : Full-time, Day Shift

Role Summary :
Our client is seeking dedicated Physician Assistants (PA) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join their exceptional healthcare team in Chico, CA.
In this day shift position, you will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative healthcare services, collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality care for patients.
This role spans a variety of clinical areas, including pediatrics, family practice, urgent care, and occupational medicine, offering an exciting and dynamic work environment.

Required Qualifications :
For Physician Assistants :
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program
Current California Physician Assistant License
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Current CPR and ACLS certification (ACLS within 6 months of hire)
Current PALS certification (within 1 year of hire)
Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number or proof of application
Recent experience in clinical areas such as family practice, pediatrics, or occupational medicine
Credentialed through the Medical Staff Office and Finance Office
For Nurse Practitioners :
Graduate of a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Practitioner Furnisher with the California Board of Registered Nursing
Current CPR and ACLS certification (ACLS within 6 months of hire)
Current PALS certification (within 1 year of hire)
Meets CMS criteria to bill Medicare
DEA number or proof of application
Credentialed through the Medical Staff and Finance Office
Desired Qualifications :
One year of experience in occupational health or workers’ compensation settings
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience in evaluating and treating patients in an industrial or medical facility environment
DOT Medical Examiner Certification (or willingness to obtain within one year of hire)
