As WithMe's Regional Sales Director in southern California, you'll grow our customer base through various channels like calls, emails, and events, offering product demos and tailored solutions.

This remote role involves regular regional travel, plus some out-of-area travel (25%), and reports to the Director of Sales.

Candidates should be within 1.5 hours of Los Angeles or San Diego and will receive company equity via stock options.

Key Activities :

  • Build client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market and client activity.
  • Adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Manage sales in Salesforce.
  • Present and negotiate proposals.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years in sales, multifamily sector a plus.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, high integrity.
  • Remote work, based near Los Angeles or San Diego.
