OverviewBaylor Scott & White Institute of RehabilitationPhysical Therapist - OutpatientMurphey, TXBSW Rehab in Murphy is looking for a motivated ortho physical therapist to joint a team of 3 PTs and 2 PSSs.

Looking for an individual who works well with a team and patients in a fast growing community. The location primarily sees ortho, vestibular, sports, and some oncology.

Select Medical complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity.

Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average : 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment / diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients / families as neededQualifications.

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required..Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
