Spring Arbor Senior Living in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a 3rd shift Full-Time Registered Medication Aide (RMA) / Resident Care Assistant to join our Assisted Living team.
Individuals are responsible for managing the medication administration program in accordance with state regulations. They help coordinate services to residents under the direction of the Resident Care Director.
LOCATION : 935 Capitol Landing Rd, Williamsburg VA 23185
SCHEDULE : Full-Time 11pm-7am AND every other weekend

WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Document and review medication administration, refer to residents’ charts and administer medications according to physician’s orders.
- Ensure that medications are being administered at appropriate times and order residents’ medications in a timely manner.
- Communicate with physicians and other medical professionals regarding residents’ medications, treatments, and / or therapies
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care.
- Respond to resident emergency call system.

- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years or older.
- CNA or PCA required
- RMA (Registered Medication Aide) certification required
- Must have and maintain CPR, First Aid, and State-specific Med Tech certifications.
