About the Job
State Farm is seeking passionate individuals to join their Underwriting team as Care Center Specialists, offering a meaningful career with a starting pay of $22.
75 / hr. This role, open to candidates within 100 miles of Tempe, AZ, involves assisting State Farm agents and customers with coverage, discounts, billing, and policy changes.
Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, reviewing applications, calculating premiums, and providing exceptional customer service.
Extensive mandatory paid training, lasting 6-15 months, is provided, after which various work shifts apply. The role is hybrid, with both home and office work required.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with multiple computer applications.
State Farm offers an annual bonus, merit increases, and promotional opportunities after 12 months.
