About the Role

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (C.O.T.A.), you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our patients’ rehab goals to life.

Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll help implement and execute therapeutic plans designed to enhance patients’ independence and functional skills.

Whether in institutional or home health settings, your expertise will shine as you guide and support patients on their journey to recovery.

What We’re Looking For :

• Education : Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program at the associate’s degree level.
• Licensure : Current and unrestricted license or registration as an OTA in your state (if applicable).
• Experience : At least one year of relevant OTA experience in a clinical setting.

Bonus points for home health experience!

Credentials : CPR certification and TB 2 Step or Quantiferon / CXR as required.

Your Role Includes :

• Delivering Top-Notch Therapy : Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic activities and exercises to improve their independence and functioning.
• Effective Documentation : Accurately document therapy services and progress.
• Patient and Family Interaction : Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and care plans.
• Confidentiality : Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
• Continuous Growth : Stay current with continuing education and adhere to professional standards.
