Description
Crowe’s Performance Improvement practice in the Strategy & Transaction Advisory Department helps clients significantly improve their profitability by taking operational challenges, developing an executable improvement plan, quantifying the financial value associated with implementing the improvements, and partnering with our clients to capture the savings.
We are looking for a Senior Consultant in the Performance Improvement practice with specific experience in production planning and scheduling who can successfully observe current company production numbers, find gaps or inefficiencies within their processes, and provide advice and recommendations on how to reduce and eliminate production issues.
Job duties include but are not limited to :
Responsible for taking a holistic approach to identifying business improvement opportunities developing solutions, managing initiatives, and identifying the resources and various disciplines needed to execute the process
Operational, financial, and process analysis, strategy development, process reengineering, and modeling
Perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand client environments and associated financial opportunities
Use familiarity with ERP Demand Scheduling modules and be capable of developing finite scheduling processes where none exists
Develop, manage, and lead continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives
Train, coach, and mentor Project Champions
Execute a portion of the scope of work as assigned and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
Leverage the flexibility of Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity
About The Team :
Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation, dispute resolution consulting, and forensic investigation services.
AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms.
The AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for various industries, from financial institutions to manufacturing.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or relevant field required
Must have at least two (2) years of manufacturing operations and operations consulting experience specifically focused on production planning and scheduling
Proven experience in planning and scheduling / inventory management process optimization
Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
Ability to interact with the internal management team and external client contacts using strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint required
Ability to creatively solve problems and analyze client data
Strong written and verbal communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives and stakeholders
Power BI experience is a plus
Must be willing to travel 80 - 100%
